HIBIS is a tech company based in Eindhoven that has developed a Business Intelligence (BI) tool specifically designed for healthcare organizations. This tool automates business processes and data analysis, providing insightful reports that enable data-driven decision-making, ultimately improving the quality of care and maximizing returns.

The founders approached us to redesign their brand, as they felt it was outdated and did not accurately reflect the company’s identity. We immersed ourselves in the business, learning about its products, services, challenges, goals, target audiences, and culture. Through an analysis of the industry and competitors, their key differentiators became clear: HIBIS offers one of the most flexible and scalable BI platforms on the market, along with fast implementation and competitive pricing.

 

We worked together to define the company’s mision, vision and core values, to finally design their new visual identity. Our goal was to position HIBIS as a solid and reliable partner, offering customized and flexible solutions, innovative technology, and continuously evolving products.

The new brand concept

Data reveals what is working—and what isn’t—within an organization. It highlights strengths, uncovers areas that need attention, and identifies opportunities for improvement.

 

In today’s world, effective data management is essential for making smarter, more strategic decisions. This BI tool, tailored specifically for the healthcare sector, delivers high-quality insights that spark meaningful conversations. The message is clear: from now on, business conversations start with HIBIS.

 

To reinforce this idea, we developed a series of brand statements such as “Data that gets you talking” and “We make your data talk.”

The visual identity is built on a flexible, dynamic grid of boxes that visually reference the software interface while conceptually representing adaptable workflows.

 

The color palette conveys a clean and calm atmosphere—highly valued in the healthcare sector. A gradient transitioning from cool to warm tones reflects the dual nature of their service: efficient technology paired with approachable, human-centered support.
